  • Currently I don’t offer custom jobs as I am generally time poor, perhaps in the future!

    With 3 small kids I will try my very best to get back to you ASAP! Ideally I will check my emails at the end of the day when they are all asleep :).

  • I will endeavour to pack them as snuggly as possible in the first place, if your item has arrived broken, please take a photo of the broken piece in the original packaging with a time and date stamp and I will refund you the broken piece.

    Please note if you’ve dropped it, a refund is not applicable.

    Because I am small batch release I may not always have one to replace the broken piece, that particular item/colour may be sold out, part of a discontinued line or I am not able to re-make one in a timely manner.

    So refund is the most fair option :).

    Exchanges or refunds are not provided for change of mind.
