I will endeavour to pack them as snuggly as possible in the first place, if your item has arrived broken, please take a photo of the broken piece in the original packaging with a time and date stamp and I will refund you the broken piece.

Please note if you’ve dropped it, a refund is not applicable.

Because I am small batch release I may not always have one to replace the broken piece, that particular item/colour may be sold out, part of a discontinued line or I am not able to re-make one in a timely manner.

So refund is the most fair option :).

Flat rate shipping based on current Australia post flat-rate pricing for packages 5kg or under.

When sending a parcel 5kg and over, or overseas, postage is based on the weight or cubic weight (whichever is greater) and the destination.

• Express Post: $19.25 + packaging

As a rule of thumb, three of my larger sized mugs will fit in a medium sized box (priced above).
